Experience: Not required, training will be provided at all levels.

Associate Roles and Career Progression: 
Appointment Setters - Source potential clients and schedule appointments for associate. Become a training associate in 1-2 weeks*.

Training Associate - Together with your trainer you will meet with clients and seek to understand their current financial situation.  You will then work with your trainer and other senior associates as necessary to develop a financial plan that will allow clients to meet their long-term financial objectives.  You and your trainer will then make a recommendation as to the most appropriate financial products.  Become an Associate in as little as 30 days*. 

Associate  - Work with training associate to deliver financial education and financial services.  Primary role is to identify and train, training associates and provide financial solutions to individuals, families, and businesses.  Become a Marketing Director in as little as 4-6 months*. 

Marketing Director - Primary role is to build a solid business and team of associates.  Provide the team with training, product knowledge, and back office support. Additional career progression is available based on desire and work effort*.

Opportunity: This is an independent contractor position.   You will be in business for yourself, but not by yourself.  We will help associates grow their client base and income.  No limit on growth, it’s up to the associate. Success will require effort and dedication.  However, associates income will be in direct correlation with their efforts.

Training:  Classroom and field training is provided.  We will guide associates and provide field training. Our goal is to build a strong organization.  So associates will receive proper support, your success is our success.

Compensation: 100% commission based on attained associate level.  Associate's income potential varies based on activity and personal goals.  Commissions are paid weekly, structure and timeline will be explained during the interview. Work part-time and keep your current job until the income starts flowing.  Or join our team full-time for maximum impact.
